Lily’s deep connection to nature began in childhood, thanks to her parents’ lessons of observing and appreciating the natural world. Early encouragement to be active outdoors in all seasons has led to a lifelong curiosity about plants and animals, and ultimately to her drive to paint this subject matter.

Artist Bio

Lily, born and raised in Maine, lives with her husband in Camden. She holds a degree in art from the University of Maine, as well as a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of New England. Beyond painting and design, her passions include her dogs, fitness and hiking in all weather.
